bullet Runners need to drink plenty of water.  They need to eliminate carbonated drinks from their diet during the season

All runners need to bring in 100 disposable cups.  Cheap cups are acceptable.

Each day a parent is needed as a crossing guard at the corner of Coral and Memorial.

A student will not be allowed in any Middle School competition unless the following information is current and in Mrs. Holmes’ possession.  These forms are located on the Sports page:
