June 1, 2008. You will not receive the Parish
Subsidy rate without a
signed Parish Subsidy Participation Form returned from your pastor. |

Saint Mary parishioners seeking a
subsidy must also complete and submit the
Stewardship
Questionnaire in order to be considered. |
